The Acting Head of the Co-ordination Body for Southern Serbia, Serbia and Montenegro's Human Rights and National Minorities Minister Rasim Ljajic and Head of the OSCE Mission Ambassador Hans Ola Urstad will visit Southern Serbia.

Participants will discuss ways to improve the education system in Kazakhstan in accordance with the strategic priorities of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE).

This year's forum will focus on the rights of children, with a series of master classes led by experienced media professionals, roundtable discussions and a competition for the best youth paper and the best publication on the forum's topic.
