The Annual Security Review Conference (ASRC) was established by the 2002 OSCE Ministerial Council in Porto to enhance security dialogue among OSCE participating States and review the OSCE's security work.

This years' ASRC will include sessions on:

Transnational threats and challenges;
Early warning, conflict prevention, crisis management, conflict resolution and post-conflict rehabilitation: lessons learned and way ahead;
Conventional arms control and confidence- and security-building measures;
OSCE Partners for Co-operation.
