The OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier held a series of high-level meetings on 1 July 2013 in Vienna.
He discussed security in the Transatlantic and Eurasian region in bilateral meetings with Swedish State Secretary Frank Belfrage, Dutch Foreign Minister Frans Timmermans and Latvian State Secretary Andrejs Pildegovics, and updated them on the ongoing Helsinki+40 process to strengthen the OSCE’s effectiveness.
Zannier also discussed issues related to security the OSCE’s Asian neighbourhood with Korean Deputy Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul. Korea is one of the OSCE Partners for Co-operation.
