On behalf of the Greek Chairmanship of the OSCE, we were pleased to welcome you to the Second Preparatory Conference to the 17th OSCE Economic and Environmental Forum, which took place in Tirana, Albania, on 16-17 March 2009.
The focus of the 17th Economic and Environmental Forum and its two preparatory conferences is: "Migration management and its linkages with economic, social and environmental policies to the benefit of stability and security in the OSCE region".
