KYIV, 23 April 2017 – The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM) will hold the press briefing today, 23 April in Kyiv, due to a serious security incident.
Journalists are invited to attend the news briefing today, 23 April, at 20:00 (Kyiv time), at the OSCE SMM Head Office, at 26 Turhenievska street.
