Financial Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 and the Opinion of the External Auditor

These Financial Statements have been audited by the External Auditor appointed by the Permanent Council (PC), the Rechnungshof Österreich, who expressed an unqualified opinion in that they present a fair view of the OSCE’s finances in 2023. They are now final and have been circulated to the Advisory Committee on Management and Finance (ACMF), and the External Auditor has presented their main findings to the Committee and to the PC. However, the PC has to date not found consensus on acceptance of the Financial Statements.
