VIENNA, 3 December 2004 - OSCE Secretary General Jan Kubis will return to Ukraine late on Friday at the request of Chairman-in-Office Solomon Passy to resume high-level political consultations in the wake of the second round of the presidential election.
During the visit, his third in a week, the Secretary General will again explore ways in which the 55-nation security body can contribute to resolving the political situation in Ukraine.
