About
The theme of the 2013 conference was the role of the OSCE in the 21st century, both analysing current security needs and exploring new tools to promote dialogue and co-operation. Security Days 2013 also included a Night Owl Session, an event targeted especially at a young audience in order to further stimulate the discussion with additional insights.
