Video
Cyber Hygiene Guidelines for Civil Servants
This video promotes basic rules for save use of IT technologies among civil servants, urges them to upgrade knowledge in the sphere of cyberhygiene.
For that the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine helped to develop an online course available at two platforms:

Those who pass the online course are eligible for an in-person training, the programme is described in Ukrainian here.
This video was developed as part of the project “Strengthening Ukrainian State Authorities’ Cyber Hygiene and Cybersecurity Capacity” implemented by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine in co-operation with the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service and Ukrainian School of Governance with financial support by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office and German Federal Foreign Office.
