Dialogue in Reforms: Instruction Manual. Presentation of the Algorithm and Handbook for Public Servants

A new handbook "Dialogue in Reforms: Instruction Manual" with a self-assessment algorithm, developed with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator will be presented at the event. It is a practical tool for self-assessment of the need for dialogue or other forms of interaction in reforms process. Partners of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator will join the presentation and share their experience of applying dialogue tools and approaches in their work when implementing changes.
This presentation will be of interest to civil servants, reforms managers, local self-governance officials and other categories of public servants involved in implementation of reforms.
The presentation will include the following speakers:
- Ambassador Henrik Villadsen, the OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine
- Nataliya Aliushyna, Head of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service
- Yaroslav Kucher, Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine
- Anton Yashchenko, Executive Director of the Reforms Delivery Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
- Diana Protsenko, President of the National Association of Mediators of Ukraine, developer of the algorithm and handbook
