Dialogue in Reforms: Instruction Manual. Algorithm and Handbook for Public Servants

Algorithm and handbook "Dialogue in Reforms: Instruction Manual" is a unique tool that will allow users to self-assess their specific situation and understand which method of interaction is appropriate in this situation. Thus, it is possible to determine how and when to use dialogue, public consultations in a dialogue approach, mediation, a solution-finding session or other formats of work. The algorithm (available here) contains specific questions and recommended actions when answering them, whereas the handbook provides conceptual framework and additional practical tools, including matrices, checklists, effective communication simulator. The algorithm and the handbook will be useful for civil servants, reforms managers, local self-governance representatives and other categories of public servants who take part in implementation of reforms in any way.
