Report by the Head of the OSCE Mission to Serbia, Ambassador Peter Burkhard. Prior to taking up the agenda, the Chairperson, on behalf of the Permanent Council, welcomed the new Permanent Representative of Spain to the OSCE, Ambassador Maria Victoria González Román. Several delegations extended condolences to Denmark in connection with the terrorist attack on 15 February 2015 in Copenhagen. Denmark thanked delegations for their expressions of condolences. Briefing by the Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine, Ambassador Ertugrul Apakan. Update by the Special Representative of the Chairperson-in-Office, Ambassador Heidi Tagliavini.
