Study Visit Programme for OSCE Asian and Mediterranean Partners for Co-operation

This programme offers experts and young diplomats from OSCE Partners for Co-operation (PfC) a unique opportunity to learn in-depth about the OSCE’s mandate and activities. It also provides participants with increased knowledge of OSCE values, principles, commitments and competencies.
The study-visit has been specifically designed for experts and young diplomats from OSCE PfCs, taking into account the specific needs of partner countries.
Five participants from both OSCE Asian and Mediterranean Partners for Co-operation will have the possibility to spend two weeks in Vienna at the OSCE Secretariat and visit other OSCE institutions including the Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media (RFoM) and the Warsaw-based Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR). The OSCE Secretariat will cover travel and offer daily subsistence allowance (DSA) for the duration of the Study-Visit Programme for the selected candidates.
Delegations of the OSCE Partners for Co-operation should identify qualified candidates and submit the applications to pm-exco@osce.org before 2 September 2022 at 23:59 (CET).
Partners for Co-operation must check that the nominated candidates meet the requirements outlined below:
- applicants should be under the age of 35
- completed first-level degree from an accredited university
- professional fluency in English, both oral and written
- computer literacy with practical experience in using Microsoft Office
The nominated candidates will be asked to provide a resume and a motivational statement outlining their interest in this Programme.

Only nominations received from the Delegations of the Partners for Co-operation will be considered. The Delegations are particularly encouraged to nominate qualified female candidates.
The OSCE Partners for Co-operation are: Afghanistan, Algeria, Australia, Egypt, Israel, Japan, Jordan, the Republic of Korea, Morocco, Thailand and Tunisia.
