Enhancing Cybersecurity: Personal Computers. Recommendations
These methodological recommendations were developed for the four-day Seminar “Modern Digital Risks in the Media Sphere”, held on 17-20 September 2025 in Zakarpattia for a group of journalists and editors. The event was organized in cooperation between the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Freedom of Speech, the National Council for Television and Radio Broadcasting and the Cybersecurity Situation Center of the Security Service of Ukraine. These recommendations will be useful for providing media professionals with basic technical knowledge necessary to minimize the risks of cyberattacks and raise their awareness about the importance of cybersecurity.
