Fair Trial Manual for Judges (in Armenian)

This guide, prepared by the Armenian Association of Judges and published with the OSCE Office support, is a practical manual for daily work of judges and other actors of the field. The manual introduces sample materials useful for adopting decisions, judgements and other judicial acts. It also introduces a collection of the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights to serve as a good practice and strengthen capacity of Armenian judges in unified application of legislation and international human rights standards.
