From 6 to 8 March 2014, Ambassador Angelo Gnaedinger, OSCE Special Representative for the South Caucasus, held consultations with high-ranking officials of Azerbaijan, including the Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, Deputy Prime Minister Ali Hasanov, Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmud Mammadguliyev as well as the OSCE Project Co-ordinator, Alexis Chahtahtinsky, the Head of the EU Delegation and other members of the diplomatic community, the International Committee of the Red Cross and civil society organizations.
