The OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Leonid Kozhara, visited the International Exhibition Centre in Kyiv, where the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting will be held on 5-6 December 2013. Kozhara concluded that the preparations for the meeting are successfully on course.
