OSCE condemns desecration of graves of war victims in Croatia

VUKOVAR, 21 September 1999 - The OSCE Co-ordination Centre in Vukovar, Croatia, has noted the incident at Erdut Cemetary on 9 October 1999 which affected the graves of war victims whose bodies were exhumed and burried there. The OSCE has been closely following the investigation.

The OSCE condemns this inhuman act committed at Erdut and denounces the perpetrators, regardless of their origin or their intentions.
