About
This workshop will bring together journalists and lawyers to discuss case law related to freedom of expression and the decisions of the Information Disputes Council, an extrajudicial body that resolves media-related disputes.
Participants will discuss, among other issues, protection mechanisms for journalists in court cases, journalistic ethics, alternative ways of solving information disputes, practical means of avoiding court cases and the experiences of international courts.
