Memorandum of Co-operation between the General Prosecutor's Office and the OSCE
The Memorandum of Co-operation between the Armenian General Prosecutor's Office and the OSCE Office in Yerevan envisages the OSCE to provide assistance in bringing the relevant legislation and implementation in line with the internaitonal standards. An independent assessment of the ongoing reform process in the prosecutorial system will be conducted by an international expert provided by the OSCE, who will come up with recommendations and follow-up actions to improve the efficiency and transparency of the activities of the Prosecutor’s Office.
