Additional Protocol to the Memorandum of Understanding between the Armenian Police and the OSCE Office in Yerevan

The document reiterates the importance of the development of democratic policing in Armenia and calls for the establishment of a Police Reform Unit with a co-ordinating function. It also reflects on criteria to evaluate police performance and suggests public opinion polls as an effective tool. The protocol also includes the provision of OSCE experts in the field of police education, community policing and public order management.
