About
The objective is to promote transparency in the Armenian Ministry of Defence through providing comprehensive freedom of information and public relations training to the Information Service of the Ministry. It is expected that experts from Lithuania, Canada and Armenia will deliver interactive and practical exercises on how to achieve successful interaction with the media and public at large and will also familiarize them with legitimate limitations of the right of access to information.
