This 3-day course is delivered by the Protection of Rights without Borders NGONGO
non-governmental organization with the OSCE support for some 30 armed forces personnel from Tavush province of Armenia. The aim of the course is to strengthen protection of human rights in the Armed Forces.
The training methodology is based on the OSCE/ODIHR’s Handbook and the teaching manual developed by the Office.
