Twenty four armed forces personnel from Syunik will participate in a train-the-trainers course aimed at advancing their knowledge of human rights and developing practical skills in exercising these rights.

The training methodology is based on OSCE/ODIHR’s Handbook and the teaching manual developed by the Office.
