This workshop is organized as part of a joint EU/CoE programme on strengthening the capacity of lawyers and human rights defenders for domestic application of the European Convention on Human Rights and the Revised European Social Charter, in co-operation with the OSCE Office in Yerevan and the UNHCR.

During the workshop International and local experts will introduce recent developments in the case-law related to Article 14 of ECHR to the local audience.
