This workshop targets lawyers and human rights defenders and aims to build their capacity on the domestic application of the European Convention on Human Rights through the prism of Article 14.
An international expert will introduce the Council of Europe instruments on discrimination. Local experts will familiarize participants with how effectively they can use national instruments for protecting their rights against discrimination.
