This three-day forum for legal practitioners and scholars will focus on the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights, including procedural grounds for inadmissibility on the basis of jurisdiction or merits. There will also be opportunities to discuss positive obligations under the European Convention on Human Rights.

The forum is being organized as part of a project by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine to improve legal and human-rights education in Ukraine.
