These training seminars, supported by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine, are aimed at facilitating dialogue between law-enforcement agencies and journalists in order to minimize conflicts and to ensure a better response to changes in access-to-information legislation.

The two-day seminars, which will be organized in Kyiv (14-15 November), Donetsk (21-22 November), Odesa (28-29 November), Khmelnitskiy (5-6 December) and Lviv (12-13 December), will gather press officers from Ukrainian law-enforcement agencies and representatives of the mass media from around the country.
