This two-day international conference is dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine. It will focus on the specifics of the development of administrative justice in Ukraine, challenges in identifying administrative jurisdiction, judicial practice in reviewing administrative disputes and the role of the European Court of Human Rights in the development of public law.

Conference participants will include eminent legal scholars from Eastern Europe, CIS countries, France, Germany, Lithuania, and the United States.

The conference is part of a project aimed at enhancing the coherence of administrative court practice in Ukraine, which is being implemented by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine upon a request from the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine, with support from the German Government.
