This training seminar for administrative court judges will focus on the specifics of the revised Law of Ukraine “On Elections of People’s Deputies of Ukraine” ahead of the upcoming Parliamentary Elections in October 2012. In particular, event participants will discuss judicial practice in resolving election-related disputes and focus on uniform interpretation of the law.

It is organized as part of a project, implemented by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine aimed to enhance the coherence of administrative court practice in Ukraine.
