A two-day event will bring together judges from administrative courts and administrative courts of appeal to discuss recent cases related to the judicial review of administrative disputes. The practice of the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine in handling such disputes and the case law of the European Court of Human Rights will be presented during the event.

The event is part of an OSCE-supported project on the development of administrative justice in Ukraine, implemented with the support of the Federal Republic of Germany.
