About

The seminar will focus on practical aspects of the application of the European Convention on Human Rights in Ukraine's local courts’ adjudication.

Representatives of  the judiciary, legal professionals and scholars will attend the event. Participants will review general principles of the Convention application. The seminar will also touch upon practical implementation of the Convention as an instrument of protection of rights in legal proceedings.

The seminar is organized within OSCE PCU project “Strengthening human rights and rule of law in legislative and judicial practices in Ukraine”.
