Two one-day seminars will be held for specialists of local departments of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to strengthen their capacity to effectively interact with the public and provide quality legal aid.
The participants will learn about methods of communication with the public, legal counselling, the ethical aspects of legal aid offices' activities and the provision of legal aid in appeals processes on acts or omissions of state bodies, local self-government bodies and their officials.
