The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine jointly with the Judicial Reforms Council organizes an expert discussion on the key aspects of the draft law on The Constitutional Court of Ukraine developed by a working group within the Council.

During the event the participants will discuss:

  • structure and organization of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine,
  • constitutional justices’ status and
  • a constitutional complaint.
