The SMM noted a calm situation around Donetsk airport except one incident where the SMM observed shell damaged houses in a north-western suburb of Donetsk city, close to the airport. The SMM registered several explosions, heavy-machine-gun and small-arms fire in a number of other locations in both Donetsk and Luhansk regions...

The SMM recorded ceasefire violations at and around Donetsk airport, and to a lesser extent in a number of other locations in both Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The SMM continued to note partial non-compliance in relation to the withdrawal of heavy weapons and Addendum-related weapons. Its freedom of movement was restricted three times in areas not controlled by the Government, resulting, in one instance, in an inability to reach the Ukraine-Russian Federation border*.

The SMM recorded a total of 58 explosions in specific areas in Donetsk and Luhansk region. It also conducted monitoring activity for preparation of demining work. The SMM continued to observe long queues of civilian vehicles waiting at government checkpoints at the contact line and at border crossing points between Ukraine and the Russian Federation...

The SMM recorded over 70 explosions in Donetsk region, as well other ceasefire violations elsewhere in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The Mission continued to follow the situation near and at the administrative boundary line between Kherson region and Crimea.

The SMM recorded a significant increase of ceasefire violations in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, including at Donetsk airport. Some of the explosions and gunfire observed were assessed as training or demining activities. The SMM observed long queues of civilian vehicles waiting at government-controlled checkpoints at the contact line and at border crossing points between Ukraine and the Russian Federation...

The SMM recorded multiple ceasefire violations in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. In Kherson and Kyiv, as well as continued to follow up on the situation at the administrative boundary line between Kherson and Crimea.

The SMM observed an unmarked military convoy in the eastern outskirts of Donetsk city on 11 November 2014.

The SMM observed a number of explosions and gunfire in Donetsk and Luhansk region; on 22 November, it recorded an increase of ceasefire violations around Donetsk airport. The SMM followed up on media reports of explosions damaging power supply pylons and subsequent disruption of power supply across the administrative boundary line between Kherson region and Crimea. East of Donetsk city, in territory controlled by the so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic”, the SMM observed two convoys of 17 trucks each. They included artillery and multiple-launch rocket systems. The convoys were moving west. This was the second day in a row that the SMM observed convoys in the eastern outskirts and territories of Donetsk city.
