Systemic changes in national legislation, including the development of the new Criminal Code of Ukraine, are shaping modern trends in criminal law science and its teaching methodology for future lawyers. To support the professional development of criminal law professors in universities, the OSCE Secretariat Extra-Budgetary Support Programme for Ukraine in co-operation with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University is announcing the selection of participants for the Criminal Law School for law professors.
For the educators in the field of criminal law, the event will offer a chance to learn from prominent scholars, including members of the working group responsible for preparing the new Criminal Code.
