This video informs people about signs of emergency incidents with possible release of toxic substances and highlights related risks to their health and lives, provides algorithms of safe behavior in various situations. The safety instructions tailored for a variety of occasions where people can be caught in chemical security incidents: outdoors, home or in the office, or while travelling in a car. The OSCE Secretariat Extra-Budgetary Support Programme for Ukraine produced this video for the State Emergency Service to strengthen its capacities in run¬ning safety lessons and risk education events for various audiences, notably people living in areas where the chances of release or spill of chemicals are high, e.g. in vicinity of industrial facilities. It will also be instrumental for planning and implementing awareness raising campaigns, efforts to inform about safety measures in emergencies.
