On the occasion of the EU Anti-Trafficking Day, the OSCE Office of the Special Representative and Co-ordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings is supporting a high-level conference focusing on the access to rights for victims of human trafficking. The event will feature high-level governmental officials, representatives from international organizations, civil society experts and practitioners. The OSCE Acting Co-ordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings Mr. Valiant Richey will address the panel entitled: “Access to Rights From National and International Perspectives”. In addition to two panel discussions, the event will include five practical workshops discussing more specific challenges preventing the realization of access to rights for victims of human trafficking in various contexts, including along migration routes. Furthermore, the exhibition “Human Trafficking – Slavery of the 21st century” will be displayed on the margins of the conference.
