About

This conference is designed to serve as a platform to further deepen dialogue on issues related to cyber/ICT (Information Communication Technologies) security affecting the Euro-Atlantic area as well as Asian regions, and in parallel offer a platform to further enhance confidence in the cyber domain between some of the most networked states in the world.

Representatives of the OSCE participating States and its Partners for Co-operation will take stock of the OSCE’s confidence-building measures in this area as well as other risk reduction efforts; seek avenues for the strategic co-operation among states in developing domestic and international cyber policy; discuss inter-regional joint activities, establishment of communication channels and transparency measures; and assess emerging new challenges for states within the cyber/ICT realm.

This inter-regional conference is the first of its kind to focus on cyber/ICT security within the OSCE context.
