About

The conference will take place on the occasion of the European Union Anti-Trafficking Day.

It will include panel discussions on human trafficking in the context of crises-driven migration and labour exploitation in various forms.

The events is organized in co-operation with OSCE, Vienna Institute for International Dialogue and Cooperation (VIDC) and International Organization for Migration (IOM).

The Task Force on Combating Human Trafficking was established in 2004 and is chaired by the Federal Ministry for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs.

Representatives of all competent ministries, the federal provinces, the social partners and NGOs co-operate closely within the Task Force.
