About
The workshop aims at identifying key strategic areas of custom reform and modernization in Kazakhstan in line with the WCO’s Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate Global Trade (SAFE), which OSCE participating States decided in 2005 to implement as soon as possible (MC.DEC/6/05). 35 customs officers and representatives from business associations will participate and elaborate a draft Strategic Action Plan which will serve as basis for developing a national strategy.
