About
This workshop will be held on the premises of the WCO Regional Office in Baku, Azerbaijan and will bring together 21 experts from 13 OSCE participating States as well as representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission and the WCO’s Regional Office for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Participants will be trained on issues related to modernization of national customs services and principles of the WCO, its tools, instruments and programmes for its member states in support of customs modernization and capacity building, with a view to identify potential Russian-speaking national customs modernizations advisors.
