Recommendations for Heads and Co-ordinators of Humanitarian Assistance Hubs and Groups in Communities, Other Self-organised Groups on Management of Interpersonal Conflicts

Conflicts between team members thrive in stressful situations, especially those imposed by military action. A person possessing formal or informal leadership in a certain group will inevitably face a need to deal with interpersonal conflicts. This leaflet contains a number of useful conflict management tips that could help maintain sound and healthy spirit in a given community of individuals. Available in Ukrainian.

These materials were developed by a group of Ukrainian experts in dialogue facilitation and mediation in co-operation with the National Association of Mediators of Ukraine and Ukrainian National Peacebuilding Center with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine, National Platform “For Peace and Safe Reintegration” and EU Project “Moving Forward Together”.

This collection was developed to provide guidance and advices on dealing with potential conflicts and communication between internally displaced people and host communities. The publications will be instrumental for representatives of local authorities and civil society activists that provide assistance to people displaced by the military action. It will also be helpful for IDPs who want to avoid or resolve conflicts that may emerge on the ground in view of dire humanitarian situation in the country.
