Communication in Communities in the State of War: Practical Tips and Advice on Conflict-Management

This document will provide basic understanding of an interpersonal conflict nature, as well as useful tips on how to build communication in a stressful environment imposed on communities by hardships of the state of war. Available in Ukrainian.

These materials were developed by a group of Ukrainian experts in dialogue facilitation and mediation in co-operation with the National Association of Mediators of Ukraine and Ukrainian National Peacebuilding Center with the support of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine, National Platform “For Peace and Safe Reintegration” and EU Project “Moving Forward Together”.

Collection of practical tips and advice on conflict prevention and management in communities that receive internally displaced people

This collection was developed to provide guidance and advices on dealing with potential conflicts and communication between internally displaced people and host communities. The publications will be instrumental for representatives of local authorities and civil society activists that provide assistance to people displaced by the military action. It will also be helpful for IDPs who want to avoid or resolve conflicts that may emerge on the ground in view of dire humanitarian situation in the country.
