During the round table, representatives of the Ministry of Justice, Coordination Centre for Legal Aid Provision, OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine, Council of Europe and UNDP will discuss the improvement of legislation in the area of free legal aid provision. The national and international experts will present best practice of free legal aid regulation in other countries as well as recommendations for integrating alternative dispute resolution to the FLA system, improvement of communication strategy, use of mediation within the secondary legal aid, other topics.
The event will be of interest for FLA system staff and lawyers, mediators and representatives of international donor community.
The event will be streamed live via the YouTube channel of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine.
