X Annual International Forum on the Case-law of the European Court of Human Rights

The Annual International Forum is a platform for all branches of state power in Ukraine, judges of the European Court of Human Rights (the ECHR), legal practitioners, academia, prominent think-tanks, and other experts in the field of human rights protection, to discuss important issues on the application of the case-law of the ECHR and its impact on Ukraine. Since its first gathering in 2012, the Forum welcomed more than 3,000 offline and online participants.The objectives of the X Annual International Forum are to discuss:
- the recent practice of the ECHR in the context of access to justice and the role of the judiciary in ensuring the delivery of justice and human rights protection in line with the European Convention on Human Rights;
- the impact of COVID-19 pandemic, including the issues of compulsory vaccination on human rights;
- gender equality and combatting domestic violence in light of the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights.
Legal professionals wishing to participate are kindly requested to fill in the application form by 25 November 2021, 18:00 CET. Registered participants will receive a Zoom link for accessing the event.
