The Forum will bring together provident constitutional justice experts including judges of the Constitutional Court, representatives of the Constitutional Court Secretariat, Supreme Court, academia, local authorities and self-government to hold a discussion on a wide range of aspects related to protection of human rights in Ukraine and access to constitutional justice. The topics of the event will also cover issues related to gender equality, decentralization and protection of social rights.
The initiative is part of the project "Support to Ukraine’s Human Rights Protection by Enhancing Accessibility of Constitutional Justice" implemented by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine in co-operation with the Constitutional Court of Ukraine with the financial support of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany.
