The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine, in partnership with the Office of the President of Ukraine and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, holds five regional one-day training seminars aiming to increase the capacity of public servants and civil society organisations (CSOs) in managing projects funded by state and local budgets in line with national legal framework and international best practices.The participants will be able to enhance their knowledge on cooperation and partnership between governmental authorities and CSOs; principles and procedures of transparent distribution of public funds to financing civil society projects; project planning, implementation and management; gender mainstreaming in project management; monitoring and evaluation of CSOs projects. The training will take place according to the following schedule:
- 4 November 2019 (Vinnitsya) for representatives from Vinnytsia, Khmelnitskyi and Zhytomyr regions; deadline for applications 29 October 2019;
- 5 November 2019 (Lviv) - for representatives from Lviv, Volyn, Rivne, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zakarpattya, Chernivtsi and Ternopil regions; deadline for applications 30 October 2019;
- 15 November 2019 (Odesa) for representatives from Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson and Kyrovohrad regions; deadline for applications 7 November 2019;
- 19 November 2019 (Zaporiszhzhya) for representatives from Zaporiszhzhya, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Donetsk and Luhansk regions; deadline for applications 11 November 2019;
- 22 November 2019 (Kyiv) for representatives from Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Poltava and Sumy regions; deadline for applications 14 November 2019.
