The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine, in partnership with the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine organises two-day regional training seminars for heads of structural subdivisions of regional state administrations and representatives of civil society organisations. The training seminars aim to build up knowledge, skills and capacities of participants in the field of establishing cooperation in the process of formation and implementation of state and regional policies.
The training seminars are part of the project "Enhancing Institutional Capacity of the Government of Ukraine and Civil Society Organizations to Co-operate Effectively in the Decision-Making Process", financed by the U.S. Government.
The seminars will take place in the locations and according to the schedule below:

- Kramatorsk – 3-4 September 2019 for representatives from Donetsk and Luhansk regions; deadline for applications - 27 August 2019;
- Kharkiv - 5-6 September 2019 for representatives from Kharkiv and Sumy regions; deadline for applications - 29 August 2019;
- Kyiv – 24-25 September 2019 for representatives from Kyiv and Chernihiv regions; deadline for applications– 17 September 2019;
- Cherkasy – 26-27 September 2019 for representatives from Cherkasy and Kirovohrad regions; deadline for applications - 19 September 2019;
- Lviv – 1-2 October 2019 for representatives from Lviv and Zakarpatia regions; deadline for applications - 24 September 2019;
- Ivano-Frankivsk – 3-4 October 2019 for representatives from Ivano-Frankivsk and Chernivtsi regions; deadline for applications - 26 September 2019.
