Methodological Guidelines on State-Funded Social Services Provided by NGOs

This publication is a compilation of national and international legislation related to state-funded social services provided by NGOs, including such mechanism as social procurement. The guidelines also lists national minimum social standards set by the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine as well as methodology on needs assessment, calculation of a social service’s cost, other topics. This publication is available in Ukrainian only.
